Individual commercial terms
For companies, teams and institutions, I prepare individual commercial terms. We define the scope after a short discussion of your needs, number of people, solution and timing.
People and organisation have different needs
A signature is associated with an individual. A qualified seal serves the organisation. We should assess the intended tasks separately rather than assume one tool replaces the other.
Organise the team process
Start with approximate scale and the person coordinating the work. We can discuss solution choice, activation steps and renewal planning. You do not need to send employee lists or identity documents at this stage.
Confirm the technical scope
The selected solution must work with your devices and systems. Coordinate software installation with IT. Signature or seal service does not automatically include implementation of accounting software or assignment of KSeF permissions.
