Two devices, different roles
For desktop use, SimplySign works with the mobile app and SimplySign Desktop. Before starting, check your operating environment and the software in which you intend to sign.
Choose around your work
Tell me whether you sign files or work in a portal, whether you move between devices and whether your IT team manages software installation. You do not need to share the contents of any document.
Activation or renewal?
For a new signature, we agree the scope and the verification and activation path. If you already use SimplySign, start with the renewal page and check whether your current certificate is still valid.
Keep access details private
Never send authorisation tokens or account credentials through a contact message. For a technical issue, start with the application name and a general description of the affected step.
