NEW SIGNATURE
New qualified electronic signature — choice and activation
Start with the task you need to complete. I will help you choose a solution and understand the next steps.

Keep documents private.
- What will you use the signature for?
- Which device and software do you work with?
- What timing do you need to discuss?
A signature belongs to a person
A qualified electronic signature is associated with an individual. If an organisation needs to establish the origin of its documents, a qualified electronic seal may be relevant instead. These are different needs.
Cloud or card?
SimplySign uses a cloud certificate, without a physical card or reader. A card-based signature needs compatible hardware and software. The right choice depends on your workflow and the system where the signature will be used.
What happens after choosing?
We agree the scope, terms and available identity verification method. You then follow the appropriate verification and activation process. Completion depends on the required steps and the outcome of verification.
No identity documents at first contact
You do not need to send identity scans or document numbers to start a conversation. The public form only qualifies your request. Information needed to issue a certificate belongs in the appropriate, separately agreed process.
