Person and organisation
A qualified seal helps establish the origin and integrity of an organisation’s data. It is not the same as a person’s signature and does not automatically replace an individual declaration of intent.
Use case before product choice
Occasional use by a responsible person and a planned document workflow may have different requirements. Confirm the technical environment and representation requirements before issuance.
Prepare the organisational context
For the first conversation, explain the purpose, work environment and coordinating role. Required documentation is agreed separately. The public form is not a channel for company records or representatives’ identity data.
