Already have some equipment?
Do not assume compatibility from the appearance of a reader or card. Start with the solution name and general device information. Do not send certificate identifiers, PINs or PUKs in your first message.
A company computer may need IT approval
If your IT team manages software, discuss installation before starting. This separates certificate requirements from administrator permissions and workstation configuration.
Activation and renewal are different processes
For a new signature, we identify the equipment and issuance path. For renewal, the first check is the validity of your current certificate. Follow the current instructions for your specific solution.
If the card is not detected
Check the reader connection and the general application message. Do not repeatedly guess access codes. Use the support route to establish safe next steps.
